Do I have to follow a 
meal plan?
Absolutely not. We teach how to find balance with food through a series of mental strategies to rewire the impulsive tendencies that lead to overeating and binge eating. We teach you how to listen to your body's natural hunger, fullness and satiety cues and eat in a way that honors them. The end goal is to transition into intuitive eating without backsliding into unhealthy habits.

We recommend going at a 1-module per week rate, which would equate to about 45-60minutes of video watch time per week.
